We are looking for Customer Happiness Executives to join us for a one month contract to cover the busy Xmas period! The role entails:-
- Answering calls and online inquiries and helping customers make the most of their membership
- Responding to queries via email and live chat
- Reaching out to customers for feedback
- Management of customer redemptions and service needs
