The Role

We are looking for Customer Happiness Executives to join us for a one month contract to cover the busy Xmas period! The role entails:-

  • Answering calls and online inquiries and helping customers make the most of their membership
  • Responding to queries via email and live chat
  • Reaching out to customers for feedback
  • Management of customer redemptions and service needs
